Sketching in the stairs of Weston Library (part of Bodleian) last month in a still EU member country. Oxford voted against Brexit. There was a correlation between higher education and Remain vote. Less educated people and a man with very suspicious blond hair voted for Exit.
Pandora’s box is now open, let’s see what happens. Higher Education, Culture and Creative Industries probably will be highly penalized.
